I thought I could handle 16 units this semester, but I had to drop a class.
I cut back on my hours at work just to make school fit in. Chemistry, Math and Psych 2
are consuming my life. AH!

I just took into consideration that I've had my LJ account for 4 years.
That's insane, I look back at my old post and I laugh. I see the
difference in my writing then and now. Anyway, it's 2008 and the
year has started off good, I can't complain. I spent it with my
boyfriend, and we had some drinks and slept. My cousin was here
from Mexico, but he left just yesterday. Which sucks, because it's
like missing a little brother. I've never had one, so he's the
closest I've had. Anyway, I went to dinner 2 nights ago at benihana,
with my sister and my cousins. Here's a picture of my yummy food.

Aside from all of that, I've recently changed my major. I've chosen to major
in Biology and minor in Psychology. I realize I will be going insane, but
I'm up for a challenge. My grades last semesters were 2 A's and 2 B's. Not bad.

Update:

School started. I'm enjoying my classes, though I have tons of homework.
I'm going to see Morrissey! After such a long wait. I'm excited. Oct. 6th
here I come! I've been spending time with my boyfriend, who is the greatest.
I love spending my weekends with him. I have more to write about, but in due time.

Rock the bells was awesome. My boyfriend is the best.
Yes, you heard right...boyfriend. I feel weird saying
that, it's been such a long time since I've had a
relationship, and a healthy one for this matter.

On another note, work has been mayhem. So much
to deal with, this new position brings on so much
more responsibility, I just hope I'm handling it well.
I also visited the Science Center today, it was ackward.

Things that can ruin someone's weekend:
1. Having some stupid kids steal a cordless phone from your job on your watch.
2. Lack of communication from your lover.
3. Lack of communication with friends.
4. Babysitting because you've got nothing else.
5. Burned popcorn

I'm feeling blah as of right now. I have finals on Tuesday.
I miss my boy. I don't want to work on Wednesday, I can
already imagine the lecture.

Dear journal,
The only person I'd like to be with at the moment
is 5,000 miles away. Which is a major bummer.
My cellphone isn't working, so one of my most used means
of communication with him is cut for the moment. Arg!
It just makes the situation that much more aggravating.
I don't like the way this year began,and seven is my lucky number.
Blah. On a lighter note, I was on postsecrets and this postcard
made me laugh.

I don't answer my cellphone now at days because
I don't want to hear my friends bitch about the
same crap over and over. School is alright. I feel
like a bum for only taking 2 classes. Work is work.
I miss my man, but our lack of communication puts
a damper on things. I need to read more and worry
less. Today in class I drew my hand in writing
position and it came out pretty cool. I lack sleep.

From my last post, I actually went on my trip.
It was so awesome. So worth the expense and
everything. I spent my birthday and a few days
with him. It was so great to be by his side.

Life has been challenging since I've been back.
It hasn't been easy, but I'm managing. School
starts in two weeks, I'm looking forward to
another semester. I'm only taking 2 classes
so far, last semester was TOO hectic. But
I passed all my classes. Yup.

I'm okay now. I feel better.
On a better note, school is
almost OUT. Yay!! I also turned
in my app. to renew my passport.
I'm done with Step 1, now I need
to follow through on 2 and three.
Actually, 2 will just lead into
3. Step #2 being that I purchase
my airline ticket. So I'm currently
looking to take my vacation between
Dec 25th to Jan. 7th. So I can spend
my birthday with him. It'd be nice.
Yup. Life is looking up.

My equilibrium is messed up.
I've been sick on and off.
My allergies are kicking in
again. I have rashes and skin
irrations that have driven
me insane. I refuse to leave my
house.I've been depressed
lately. I even convinced
myself I was going to die soon.
Bleh. School is a hassle and so
is work. I need a vacation.
I need my friends. I feel like
I've been pushing people
away lately. I need a hug.

Aside from my moping,my baby nephew
was born on the 7th of this month,

Bleh. My birthday is in 2 months, and
I still haven't figured out what to do.
The top thing on my list of things
to do for my birthday is to travel. Maybe
that'll be my birthday present to me. I like
that idea.

Anyway, I've been feeling so great after
sorting out "the bad weeds". Let's just
say, every one should do it. You figure
out a LOT of about people, and about
yourself. I think at one point I cared
too much. All I know is that their are some
people who are in debt to me, and I'd
greatly appreciate if my dvds, cds, clothing
articles and money would be returned.

I can't believe I spent this weekend at home due to homework.
I guess that's an example of what a good student I COULD be.
It feels good to get work done and understand what's been
going on in my classes. Maybe this trend will continue.
This week has consisted of hanging out with Gilbert,
homework, school and work and the occassional random
moments or visits from people. Other than that, no
international text messages for the past week, which
makes me sad. I miss him. It hurts some times. It's weird,
to miss someone whom if I total up the amount of time spent
with him, would add up to 2 days. I want to take another
vacation. SOON.

School has been great.

I was so excited to find out Sufjan Stevens was
coming into town in October. But than I come to
find out, tickets are sold out. What a bummer.
I REALLY wanted to see Mr. Stevens. Bleh. Things

Today was a pleasant day with my family.
We had a little get together, some good food.
The typical family get together, except for the

time soon" conversation with my aunt. She also gave

So here is a list of what's recently happened.

- Meeting Slug from Atmosphere
- Meeting Jessie from Head Automatica
- Finding out my sister is going to have a baby
- Work and school are pretty good
- Radiohead in June!
- I lack sleep

Meeting Slug made my weekend. I love Atmosphere.
Oh, does anyone know if he's married, if not, I'll take him? (LoL)

I think that's about it. Not much of a change.
Well, all except my sister having a baby.
That was unexpected. Coachella was fun though.
